Project: Product launch, Skittles, Swedish market
As lead agency for Wrigley in Sweden, BrandEcho got the mission to develop and execute a communication plan for the product launch of Skittles on the Swedish market. Brand awareness and recognition were supposed to be obtained through unexpected and entertaining activities.
Swedes are in major truly loyal to their confectionery brands, and have strong habits that can be defined in what they eat and when. Many of the Swedish confectionery brands have a long history on the market, and brand awareness is strongly implemented in consumer’s minds.
Major in-store campaign in collaboration with X-Box, event activation and sampling in public environments with digital activation as ad-on and also a partnership with Out of Office Stockholm.
